Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Green: Page 1, line 14, following "System": Insert ", the Department of Corrections," Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Ogan objected and withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Cissna: Page 1, line 4: Delete "(a)" 2000-01-26 House Journal Page 2014 HCR 16 Page 2, following line 21: Insert "(b) The committee chairs ¦CHAIRMENá are authorized to form such subcommittees as they determine to be necessary." Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Green objected. Amendment to Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Cissna: Following "(b) The": Delete "committee chairs" Insert "persons who chair the committees" Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent that amendment to Amendment No.2 be adopted. Representative Ogan objected. Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw amendment to Amendment No. 2 and Amendment No. 2. Representative Ogan objected. The question being: "Shall amendment to Amendment No. 2 and Amendment No. 2 be withdrawn?" Representative Cissna moved and asked unanimous consent that New Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Rokeberg objected. The question being: "Shall New Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Ogan gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHCR 16(RLS) am. Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of CSHCR 16(RLS) am be taken up on the same day. Objection was heard. Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw the motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
